Day 2: Lunch on the Empire Builder


The meals in the dining car are good. I enjoyed PEI mussels for lunch.

We had lunch with Linda from Malta, Montana, who trains search and rescue dogs (Belgian Shepherds) and is returning from a conference in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
