Day 15: Arrival in Washington, D.C.
Arrived in Washington, D.C. this morning. The Crescent was on schedule after traveling through the Carolinas and much of Virginia in the night. Went for a walk and met several friends for conversation in the afternoon. Very hot and humid here, with an intense sun.
